We pride our selves on the quality and location of this villa, a must have holiday. This is a new addition to us and we have availability for summer 2005, call now!!!!!
Booking Notes:
Booking can be made by email or telephone direct with owner, full payment is required 10 weeks before arrival and booking deposit of £100 is required, there is also a security deposit of £250 payable with final balance, which will be returned 30 days after departure from villa. No refund of booking deposit if holiday canelled, and if cancellation after full payment is received a 25% refund will be made. We will over a 10% discount for bookings of more than 21 days, and special discounts for lake bookings
Changeover Day:
Guests can enter the villa after 4pm on date of arrival and must vacate the villa by 10am on date of departure. We have a management company situated 2 miles from the property with 24 hour contact tel.no.
