Booking Notes:
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. This is confirmed by email. The balance is due for payment 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. We ask for a ?100 damage deposit, which is returned within 3 weeks of the end of the rental period, subject to any damage.
Changeover Day:
Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Access to the villa is from 4 p.m. on arrival day. The villa must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. the day of departure to allow for cleaning for the next tenants. If you have a late flight on the day of departure let us know. We are sometimes able to extend villa departure, depending on the workload and arrival of the next tenants. Likewise if you are arriving early in the day our managers will do their best to clean your villa as soon as possible. Linen and towels are provided, please provide your own towels for sun beds and beach use.
