A family owned 5 bedroom villa has a wonderful view of the beautiful natural lake and island at Lake Berkley. Guests can soak up the sun on the private deck and watch the ever changing world on the lake. For those who prefer a little shade, there is a lanai with an overhead fan to help cool you down! Inside our home there is a large lounge with a 42'' HDTV with premium streaming service. The games room has a pool table and PS2 together with comfy sofas for those all important evenings in. Benefiting from 2 king master en-suite bedrooms, a further queen room, a twin Disney themed room and a triple Safari themed room, there is a bedroom to everyone in your family. There is one full bathroom en-suite to the ground floor king master, a large shower room en-suite to the upstairs king master, an additional shower room upstairs shared by the Disney and Safari rooms and a downstairs shower room for use by the occupants of the queen bedroom. We are very regular visitors to our home and together with our on-site property manager, we endeavor to provide 5 * accommodation within a home from home environment.Less
