Our villa is situated in the peaceful community of Regal Oaks, the villa is south facing and has a central position to the larger than average lake. The villa is furnished to a high standard throughout fully air conditioned, plus ceiling fans, for added comfort.The front of the villa is landscaped with a variety of shrubs and bordered with a white scalloped edging. The pool is across the back of the villa. HOLIDAY PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. Decorated in a light neutral shade throughout, with a brand new grey carpet throughout and light floor tiles in the kitchen/nook area as well as the en-suite bathroom and the family bathroom. THE GREAT ROOM.The sitting area has a three seat sofa and two seat sofa both upholstered in a light material,dark cherry wood coffee table and 2 matching side tables, 2 brand new lamps, 65" hd t.v. with upgraded cable, dvd player, both situated in the entertainment centre (also dark cherry) and a spectacular view of the pool and lake through the wall to wall glass windows/doors.THE DINING AREA OF The Great Room has a table and 6 chairs for formal dining (this is also dark cherry) THE MASTER BEDROOM/ENSUITE BATHROOM/PRIVATE SITTING ROOM.The master bedroom has pine furniture and consists of a queen bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, dresser, 50",t.v.and dvd, and a large walk-in closet.The Ensuite Bathroom has a large double vanity unit and a large wall mirror with "hollywood" style lighting, also an oval tub, seperate toilet and a walk-in shower. The Private Sitting Room has a "suede" sofa, table,large "crystal glass" lamp, stereo hi-fi, small games table (chess, backgammon etc) and a wonderful view of the pool/lanai and lake. The master bedroom has a queen bed, large dresser/mirror two nightstands, chair, T.V. en-suite shower/bathroom walk-in closet & a private sitting room with a sofa, hi-fi & games table (chess etc) the second bedroom has a queen bed, armoire/ TV and two nightstands & a closet, the third bedroom has twin beds, nightstand, table and closet. There is also a family bathroom. The large lounge has two sofas, upgraded cable TV, DVD, book library, formal dining area for 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, nook area with extending table & 4 chairs. Utility room, with washer/dryer/iron/ironing board. A heatable 35ft pool with fountains which has secondary screening for child safety. Sun loungers & patio furniture can be found on the sun deck area.

Minimum 7 nights duration. Prices include:12.0% taxes, utilities, end of stay clean departure, local taxes, water, electric, linens, towels, local phone calls, beach towels, beach chairs are also provided. Cots / Highchairs can be placed in the villa prior to arrival. Small charge will apply. Rates are calculated for villa and not for number of people .... If you would like any further information on the villa, please kindly email me. MIN 5 NIGHT STAY. Although we accept a 5 night stay there will be an additional £80/$140 end of stay cleaning fee..To use the telephone in the villa for long distance calls you will need to buy a phone card (local calls with the u.s /canada are free). A deposit of £100.00 ($185) per week of rental is due at the time of booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to departure. Full payment is required if booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £250.00 ($454) is required and this will be fully refundable by 4 weeks after your return date providing no damage has been sustained. Payment accepted in UK Sterling and American Dollars only. Pool heating is an additional cost of £80 ($140) (recommended from November through to April/May )
