Snowline Cabin #23 - A Great Family Cabin With a Hot Tub, Pool Table, WIFI and a Sauna! This private 1-story, 2-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath ranch style cedar cabin includes lots of features packed into a smaller package. Outside, you will discover a fenced patio and deck area with an outdoor gas grill and a private hot tub! Inside features abound! Start with a large living/dining area that includes a freestanding gas fireplace, a large flat screen monitor with blue-ray player, and a full sized hide-a-bed. Next, add a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a breakfast bar, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, 1-full bath with a large soaker tub, and a sauna, plus a separate laundry area with a full-size washer/dryer. Top it all off with a master bedroom that features 1-king sized bed and a 1/2-bath en-suite. As an added bonus, this home features a game room with a pool table, and a wet bar. This monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly. Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. HOT TUB/SAUNA/NO PETS/NON SMOKING/WI-FI Mountain Adventures/Romantic Getaway PLEASE NOTE: This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. RATES: Rates for Cabin 23 range from $199.00 to $369.00 per night (depending on the season) USD + tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee, and from $1194.00 to $2214.00 per week USD + tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee. Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from $99.00 to $1219.00 per night, and from 594.00 to $8533.00 per week USD + tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property.
