Searching for Private Vacation Rentals:

Welcome to OwnersRentals.com we offer a full selection of vacation rentals directly from the owners, commission free to suit all budgets. To help you find your perfect holiday villa, house, cottage, skiing cabin or even an apartment by the sea, simply follow the easy search instructions below.

By clicking on the world map you may choose a continent, this will show you a list of countries were you can find a selection of vacation rentals which you are looking for.

On our property finder located on the top left of the home page it has 2 options. You may search by property reference number (if you already know the particular property you are looking for), or search by country.

The special interest searches on the top banner will enable you to access holidays specifically for Luxury, Golfing, Skiing and wheelchair accessible or late deals and special offers holiday rental properties. These are also located in our normal searches.

Enquiring about your chosen property directly with the owner(s):

When you have found a holiday property and you wish to contact the owner, click on the contact owner button. This will send an email directly to the owner with your enquiry.Please remember to give your full name, email address and the amount of people who will be in your party, also the specific dates you are interested in booking (please state if these dates are flexible). You will then receive a reply from the owner in due course and then continue arranging your booking.

When Booking:

Please note the reference number of your intended holiday rental property for ease of location on our site. You must ensure before confirming a booking that you are aware of and agree with the owner's terms and conditions. Generally, this will include a deposit to secure a booking, a damages deposit and instructions about final payments which are normally 6 weeks prior to arrival (this may vary from owner to owner). We advise when booking to check the owner's cancellation and refund policies and any other terms and conditions in writing.

Meeting and Greeting:

You will receive full directions and further instructions after your final payment has been cleared. Make sure you have a contact phone number and name of the owner or their local representative or property manager so you can arrange for keys to be collected or for any emergencies or problems with your arrival (flight delays etc). If you experience any problems please contact the representative or owner as soon as possible so they can be addressed immediately, please don't wait until the end of you holiday.
